Service Agreements

All development services are initiated upon mutual agreement of project scope, timeline, and payment terms. Each project begins with a detailed discussion to ensure clear understanding of requirements and deliverables.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:

• Before Project Commencement: Full refund minus any payment processing fees if cancellation is requested before any development work has begun.
• During Initial Phase: 50% refund if cancellation is requested within the first 7 days of project commencement, provided less than 25% of the agreed work has been completed.
• Major Scope Changes: If project requirements change significantly from the original agreement, we will discuss adjustments to timeline and costs, or consider partial refunds if continuation is not feasible.

Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

• Completed project phases or milestones that have been delivered and approved
• Consultation fees for project planning and requirements gathering
• Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (hosting, licenses, API fees, etc.)
• Rush delivery fees or expedited service charges
• Work completed beyond 30% of the total project scope

Project Dissatisfaction

If you are unsatisfied with the delivered work:

1. Please provide specific feedback within 7 days of delivery
2. I will offer up to 2 rounds of revisions at no additional cost to address your concerns
3. If issues cannot be resolved after revisions, partial refunds may be considered based on the incomplete or unsatisfactory portions

Refund Process

To request a refund:

2. Refund requests will be reviewed within 3 business days
3. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all agreed deliverables and source code become your property. In case of refunds, any partially completed work remains my intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
